Thank you for your interest in being a sponsor for Why Christian Conference, April 5-6, 2019.  As you may know, this conference always sells out a couple of months after going on sale. Needless to say, there is a lot of excitement and high anticipation leading up to this event!
We are so honored that you are interested in sponsorship with us. Below, you will find the following documents to help you make your decision about becoming a sponsor. We have completely revamped our sponsorship program compared to prior years.

1. Sponsorship Levels - This will show you the levels and benefits of each sponsorship package.
2. Booth Map -  Specific information about the location of the Exhibit/Sponsorship Booths will be available in September after a follow-up venue inspection. 800 registrants will walk past your booth before and after each general session. Booths will now be assigned based on sponsorship level, and on a first-come-first-served basis. The chart will indicate locations for each sponsorship level.
3. Application Form - Upon receipt and approval of your application, Chaffee Management on behalf of Why Christian will invoice you for the full amount of the sponsorship.  Full payment is due within 30 days of invoice - and will determine your booth placement.
